Harp Property was founded in 2017 by Amitabh Hota and Pamita Rao with a single mission: to develop high quality residential accommodations. There is a significant shortage of good quality residential accommodation in the UK and a large number of unused and outdated properties that can be redeveloped/repurposed into good quality accommodation for residential usage.
At Harp Property, we redevelop outdated residential and commercial buildings and convert them into good quality, modern residential properties developed to a very high standard.
We are a people driven property development company where building and maintaining strong relationships with our team, clients and service providers forms the core of our business enabling us to deliver high quality end products.
Our team of experienced and creative professionals carefully evaluate each development to identify its best use based on local demand and characteristics of the area and develop the property for its suitable end use.

Amitabh Hota
Amitabh came to the United Kingdom back in 2005 as a student to pursue his higher studies in Maths and Science. Since his graduation, he has worked in London’s financial services industry for past 15 years specialising in financing and structuring of complex transactions in the commodities industry.
Realising the potential in the property market and ever increasing demand for quality accommodation, he pursued 2 years of advanced training in property development and investment from Asset Academy along with wife Pamita Rao and cofounded Harp Property, with an aim to develop and invest in UK Property Market.
Amitabh has his skills and experience in understanding dynamics of a market and its requirements. He fully understands the critical need of good quality housing stock in the UK and is very passionate about developing such properties.
Combining his education and training in property development and years of experience in the corporate world, he combines well rounded people skills to develop strong relationships, with the ability to assess and appraise investments for their financial value and risk drivers to make balanced investment decisions that are critical for safe growth of the company.
Pamita Rao
Pamita Rao started her career in 2005 working in the IT industry as a software developer and consultant for 9 Years before moving on to pursue her passion of writing fiction novels and embarking on an entrepreneurial career.
While pursuing her passion of writing, she also pursued a 2 year training and education in advanced property investing in the UK, from Asset Academy, with a view to grow a portfolio of income generating properties.
Since then, she has been actively focussed and instrumental in growing the portfolio of projects taken up by Harp Property.
Pamita has years of experience in the art and science of developing a product from inception to completion, stakeholder management and a creative ability to visualise an end product for its best use. This puts her in a unique position to identify unique opportunities with significant potential and provide a clear steer to the development projects and day to day operations of the company.
